Todd has been racing since 1997, which is amazing since he "retires" almost every winter only to come back every spring more motivated than ever, and is one of Team Setanta's most reliable riders. He likes to be active in a race, and can often be seen at the front, trying to attack or bridge to a break. Todd normally looks like a mild-mannered, affable guy-- more hippie than the fierce competitor type. However, when he's put in charge of the team strategy, another, bossier side comes to light. His handlebars sport a massive piece of masking tape filled with scribble, so he knows who to yell at and why during the race.
